Printing Methods

Three common logo printing options for custom fishing T-shirts

Different print methods fit different order sizes, artwork styles, and price targets. We usually help buyers choose based on logo complexity, quantity, hand feel, and the fabric they want to use.

Fabric Performance

UPF, DWR, and quick-dry options for performance fishing shirts

Buyers often ask for moisture-wicking fishing shirts, UV protection fishing shirts, UPF fishing shirts, and quick-dry fishing shirt options that can support product positioning. Two common directions are sun protection for extended exposure and water-repellent finishing for splash and light rain comfort.

UPF 50+ Sun Protection

Our premium fishing shirt fabrics are built around real sun-protection performance, not just marketing language. UPF 50 fabric blocks about 98 percent of UV radiation and allows only around 2 percent to pass through, while UPF 50+ is classified as excellent protection.

  • UPF 50 fishing shirts let only about 1/50th, or 2 percent, of UV reach the skin
  • UPF 30 to 49 is rated very good, while UPF 50+ is rated excellent
  • We use lightweight, breathable fishing shirt fabrics engineered for strong UV protection, clean hand feel, and all-day wear

DWR Water Repellent Finish

Our better-grade fishing shirt fabrics can also be finished with DWR, or durable water repellent treatment. The purpose is to keep spray and light moisture beading on the face fabric instead of soaking in quickly, which helps the garment stay lighter, cleaner, and more comfortable around water.

  • DWR is designed to reduce wet-out and help maintain surface dryness in light spray and drizzle
  • Premium fishing fabrics are selected for both sun protection and splash resistance rather than basic low-grade knit performance
  • Used together with quick-dry, breathable performance fabrics for stronger on-water comfort and faster recovery after exposure
